Usage limits
- On Free, you can ask up to 100 questions a day; the count resets at midnight Korea time. On Pro, quick answers have no daily limit either.
- Precise-answer usage resets on the 1st of each month at midnight Korea time. After using it up, you can keep asking with quick answers.
- On Pro, tables show the first 100 rows, and you can load the full result from there. Very large results may take a while to load.
Billing and cancellation
- Your subscription runs in one-month periods from your first payment and renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel (Terms, Article 9).
- Payments in USD are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which adds any applicable taxes at checkout. Customers in Korea pay ₩9,900 per month (VAT included) through a Korean payment service provider (Article 8).
- You can cancel anytime from the subscription settings and keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for (Article 11).
- You can withdraw within 7 days of a payment. If you used precise answers (the paid mode in the Terms) during that period, withdrawal is limited (Article 12).
